Meet Shanthal

Welcome! I’m Shanthal — a licensed laser hair removal instructor with a passion for helping others succeed in the laser spa industry.

After navigating the ins and outs of laser business, managing endless marketing campaigns, training numerous technicians, and wearing all the other hats of an entrepreneur, I saw firsthand how powerful this skill set can be. I created my courses to tie all of it together under one roof: Lase Academy. 

With a background in business and 14+ years of hands-on experience, I teach from both the treatment room AND the business room. I’ve lived the journey from starting out with no guidance to building successful laser spas. Today I teach real-world application, client safety and how to think like an entrepreneur. Everything comes directly from my personal experiences– no scripts, just real world knowledge and lessons learned along the way.
