Cancellation policy

Cancellation by the Student

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled class date are eligible for a full refund, minus a non-refundable administrative fee of $100.

Cancellations made within 7-14 days of the class date will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the class date are non-refundable.

Rescheduling:
Students may reschedule their class one time for free if requested more than 7 days before the scheduled class date. Additional rescheduling requests will incur a $50 fee.

Rescheduling within 7 days of the class date will require a $100 fee.

No-Shows:

Failure to attend the class without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Cancellation by Lase Academy:

If the class is canceled or rescheduled by Lase, students will be offered a choice between a full refund or a transfer to a future class date.

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
